Enhancing life at work through conscious leadership, culture, and change.

I’ve seen firsthand how the individual and collective work experience can profoundly impact an organization and its people, for better or worse.

My aim is to enhance work life through a conscious approach to leadership, culture, and change. This includes, partnering with organizations to:

• Meet leaders where they are and create the space / conditions for development    
• Establish a culture that’s experienced through day-to-day behaviour (beyond the written word)
• Enable increased capacity for sustainable change at all levels

Why Life at Work Matters

Clearly, life at work matters. Our time at work encompasses one third of our lives / upwards of 60% of waking hours. It impacts all aspects of organizational success including (not limited to) productivity, engagement, retention, and wellbeing.  

And to think that what happens at work, stays at work, is unrealistic. The impact of work experiences (good and bad) spills into our personal lives, with a ripple effect on our family, friends, health, and community.

We must also recognize our shared experience of the broader context whether that's technology, a global pandemic, or climate (to name a few). How we work will continue to evolve including what we expect from leaders, what we value, and how we pace change.
