Culture shapes employee experience and enables (or hinders) organizational success. Allowing the culture to take shape, without a concerted focus, puts both at risk.

A disconnect between what is written about culture and what is experienced can be detrimental – strategy can take a hit, and employees may feel resentment, frustration, and (at times) unsafe.

I enable a focused and intentional approach to define, establish and sustain culture. We push beyond the theoretical niceties to behaviour, mindset, commitment, and accountability.

The aim is to collect unfiltered feedback and perceptions to increase your understanding of the actual lived experience of employees. A Listening Tour typically involves:

• Designing the engagement process and framework
• Engaging various levels, roles, regions through multiple
channels
• Articulating and exploring your starting point culture in a meaningful way
Enabling clients to envision and shape the culture of their
organization. In my view, the process is just as important as the output. These, often difficult, discussions allow leaders to consider various perspectives and align on a culture that makes sense for its mission, strategy, and people. Culture Visioning typically involves:

• Conducting 1:1s with leaders
• Designing and facilitating a leadership workshop
• Articulating the vision for organizational culture
This powerful workshop series moves organizational culture from the written word (a concept) into action. Together we’ll explore what it means to embody values (walk the talk) and truly shape the employee work experience. Culture Kickstart focuses on:
