• Competencies known to enable high achievement and fulfillment
• Limiting mindset / behaviour known to hinder effectiveness, drain energy, and strain relationships
• Connections between behaviour and internal assumptions
In addition to Leadership Circle, I'm certified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I & II),
and debrief / coach on the results of the Canada Life Psychologically Safe Leader Assessment.
