Leadership drives all aspects of organizational success – productivity, innovation, culture, engagement and more. Developing leaders, and future leaders, is critical.

My results-based approach is designed to:

Create space – Leadership can be isolating for many reasons. Together, we create an objective, risk-free space for vulnerability and growth.

Understand the context – Context matters. We start with an in-depth assessment of the unique context, trajectory, and how other people experience the leader.

I meet leaders where they are, starting with a 360 assessment that offers valuable insights from various perspectives (includes direct reports, peers, current / former people leaders, and a self-assessment). Leveraging the Leadership Circle ProfileTM , we explore:

• Competencies known to enable high achievement and fulfillment
• Limiting mindset / behaviour known to hinder effectiveness, drain energy, and strain relationships
• Connections between behaviour and internal assumptions

In addition to Leadership Circle, I'm certified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I & II),
and debrief / coach on the results of the Canada Life Psychologically Safe Leader Assessment.
My coaching practice follows a fluid three-step cycle of Assess > Explore > Practice:
Assess your starting point to better understand how you and others experience your leadership, and how you compare to leaders globally.
Explore competencies, reactive tendencies, and internal assumptions. Design a development plan with practical yet meaningful goals.
Practice new behaviours and mindsets, in coaching sessions and in real life, and learn from those experiences.
Our leadership and team workshops are designed for active participation, employing adult learning principles and coaching. Workshops increase knowledge and skills, while also establishing a support network that lasts beyond the session.
